General conditions
Before their departure, guests must leave the apartment in the same conditions they found it in when they arrive.
Any unexpected damage to the apartments and/or its inventory must be directly reported to the owner/hostess.
The guest is responsible for any circumstantial damage caused during his/her stay in the apartment.
Damages are to be paid for by the guest(s). If the damage is discovered after the guest’s departure, he/she will still be responsible for it.
Cleaning
During a stay of more contiguous days the apartment will be kept cleaned by the staff..
Cancellation Policy
In case of a cancellation more than 2 weeks before the arrival date, no cancellation-fee will be charged.
In case of a cancellation within 2 weeks before the arrival date, a cancellation-fee of 50% of the total booking will be charged .
In case of a cancellation within 3 days befgore the arrival date, a cancellation-fee of 75% of the total booking will be charged .
In case of a ‘no-show’ on the arrival date the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Opening hours
Check-in : between 8.00 and 11.00
Check-out : between 14.00 and 22.00
Payment
You can pay on arrival.
For longer stayings a deposit will be required.
It is possible to pay by bankcard (Maestro) or cash.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the whole B&B.
Pets
Please consult in case you want to bring your pet.

We speak Dutch, English and German.
